St. Patrick's Day

So I made this delicious cake and some muffins for St. Patrick's Day. My kids and husband love this Zucchini cake. I had first started to make it with carrots until I realized that I could switch the carrots for zucchini and love it way better. It is also really good for a day like this, today is cold and rainy here so some great bread with hot coffee fits so well. I got
the recipe from my Betty Crocker Cook book that I had for 6 years.

Helmet warning!

OK so I haven't posted anything in jeez forever and finally go around to. Here are pictures of my boys with a warning ticket for not wearing a helmet....... its important because you never know who could be driving recklessly. Scarlett's B-day

So yesterday was Scarlett's Birthday and boy oh boy was I busy doing some more things. I did some party hats using Elmo's Party cart. I did try to do fondant and it didn't turn out as I would of liked it to so I just cut a few hearts, stars and butterflies on my Cricut Cake. Next time I will

buy the sheets. So everything was great and she was a little brat at times but soon apologized for it and she had amazing birthday. She said it her best birthday ever!! Love ya Scarlett!!!!

It's about time.

I have not had anytime for scrapbooking and have had some personal problems too which is the reason for not posting anything. Now that I am settled in my new home and can now relax and do what I love and enjoy doing which is SCRAPBOOKING!!! I want to say Hi! to Cathy.... Love Ya! Well my project these few days is to make fondant so I can decorate my daughters cupcakes for her Birthday on July 11th. She will be turning the big 3. God bless everyone!

Happy Bithday Ilona!!

How has the time passed. Ilona Sun turns one today!! I can only remember how beautiful that moment was when I saw her for the first time. My husband was working at the time and was about 15 minutes late..... Ilona waited for her dad as much as she could but it was time to come out and see this world. I want to say to my beautiful baby how much it means for her to be in our lives and how much more we are blessed to have her with us. The lord has blessed us with all of our children and for that I am so thankful. Love ya Ilona Sun!!!!
