Hi everyone, I have been working and haven't had time for any projects event though I did finish my mini backpack but I will post later. So today to my surprise I saw that I received a blog award from Julia, an awesome talented lady at Scraphappy.

Off to school!

My kids started school yesterday and I was so excited too! I have also been busy with a project I'm working on from paper phenomenon and I am almost done with it.

BBTB2 Challenge

This challenge is to use the Joys of the Seasons cart but the cup. First of all I love this cart, it was one of my first carts I bought and made so many things with it for Christmas. My husband got me the expression in December 2008 right before Christmas....yea I opened my present early..hehe! So I made the box using TBBM cart and the tea on the cup is From My Kitchen. I used some paper glaze on the word tea and steam. Thanks 4 stopping by.

Getting ready for school!

So I have been busy working and haven't had time to do my daughters gift for her teacher for the first day of Kindergarten. Today I had some time after registering her..... yea they only start on Monday and I'm just getting to it...lol! So I found this project around the first of the month I think, at eighteen25 and I was about to print the sentiment which they had in green and blue but I ran out of ink. Ahhhh.... so now what to do, well I thought about my cricut pens and since I don't use them much I did and it turn out great, I think...

Jitterbuggin Sketch 13

I made this card for the jitterbuggin challenge 13 planes, trains and automobiles. This is my funky scooter from the sweethearts amoureux cart. I rarely use this cart so it was nice to look through it and find something to use. I guess I was in a funky mood with the colors....hehe! Thanks 4 stopping by.

Yeah!!!

I made Jitterbuggin top 3!!! I was so excited today after coming out of work and checking my email on my phone! I had an awesome day at work and it just got better...lol! Thanks!!

Out with my sister!

S0 its been a pretty busy week for me with work an all. Yesterday I had a great day, first it started with going to the Collective Journey store and making a free make and take card. It was using some stickers form http://srmpress.com check out their website for some great and easy ideas. We wanted to do a layout they had there but it was going to take to long and normally we would of done it but we had to go to the movies. So we went and watched the movie with Julia Robert called Eat Pray Love. It was such a great movie in my opinion and it was a tear jerker...lol... I like those movies. My sister had read the book and wanted to watch the movie...great idea! I like the sister date..hehe! Well the movie took longer than I thought and I was late for work, but i'm lucky I have a great boss. I'm off on Monday so I will be doing some scarpbooking.

Jitterbuggin Sketch 12

I made this card for the Jitterbuggin challenge and I love it! I used the New Arrival cart for the stroller and the safety pins. I also use the cuttle bug for some embossing. I used a shinny gold paper I had, which doesn't come out so good on a picture and the ribbon is a wire ribbon that was sitting there forever just waiting to be used and this was the day...lol.
